Always Fighting For Happiness

Dyslexic, Non-Binary, Fostered, Trauma Survivor, Living with PTSD

When I was growing up, there were days I didn’t think I’d see tomorrow. The pain and fear of a world that seemed built only to break me was all too real. But here I am today, with a career I’m proud of, a home of my own, and a wonderful little family that fill my life with joy. My journey has fired my drive to change the system for children in care, helping to create better outcomes and more hopeful futures.

Professionally, I bring over two decades of experience delivering large-scale change across multi-million-pound portfolios within the insurance and financial services sectors. I hold a Master’s degree with distinction, along with Business Architecture accreditation and process improvement certifications. I’ve also had the privilege of lecturing at the University of South Wales, sharing insights with the next generation.

Through my charitable work, I’m dedicated to engaging communities on mental health, foster care, inclusion, and diversity. Grounded in my own lived experiences, I combine data-driven insights with a practical, action-oriented approach to foster growth and well-being in every project I take on.
